The design process:

STEP 1 . Consultation.

The first step is to make contact with us. We will arrange a date to view your present garden and have a consultation with you about your requirements for your new garden design. This normally take between 1 and 2 hours. At this time we will talk to you about your requirements. Such as Decking,Grass and gravel areas,Furniture, Planting , Sprinkler systems,Water features, and other features you may like us to place in your design. At this time we will take detailed measurements of your garden and also photographs.

STEP 2. Designs.

We will submit to you our design plans for your new garden based on the information we received during our consultation. Normally we will submit 2-3 variations to you. Along with the designs we will submit a guide/ estimation cost for each design.

When a final decision has been made on the final design we will then put together a final estimation of costs. We find that at the design stage clients like to add or maybe take away features from a garden this is why we give first a guide cost price then a final estimation.We will also give an estimation date for the start of the project and estimated finish date.At this point we will request 30% of the overall costs of the project.

Step 3 Progress review.

It is very important to us that we communicate with our clients. We aim to complete projects on time and with as little disruption to our clients as possible. Therefore we will arrange a progress review approximately 50% and 75% of the way through the project. At this point we will discus progress of works changes or variations the client wishes to make. At the 50% stage of the project we may request a further 30% of overall costs to finance materials / planting..

STEP 4 Planting.

Step 4 is when your new garden will come to life! We take the best care of our clients and the same goes for the plants. We will plant according to each individual plants needs. To help the plant flourish and bloom.

STEP 5.

Final review and approval. We will arrange a meeting with you so we may discuss the project and review your final garden.We will take photographs of the finished project. A final invoice will be submitted at this point.
